Ways we give

Twenty-Two Builders is committed to giving back because we believe in building more than just structures—we believe in building stronger communities and supporting a better world. Our philosophy of social responsibility is driven by a deep desire to make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of those in need, both locally and globally.

🤝 Our Core Commitments

We play an active role in supporting a diverse group of organizations, each dedicated to powerful missions:

  • GUSU - Get Up Stand Up: is a Minnesota nonprofit supporting and empowering people with spinal cord injuries while advocating for research and functional recovery. We focus on SCI research advocacy, community engagement, monthly peer group meetings, one-on-one mentoring, and promoting adaptive fitness.

  • Pay It Forward Golf Charity: For the past seven years, the Pay It Forward Golf Classic has grown from a workplace idea into a community tradition. Each year, three deserving recipients are selected through stories shared by friends, family, clients, and community members, with funds helping ease unexpected financial challenges. We’re proud to support this mission and the impact it brings to our community.

  • World Vision: Working globally in the face of crises, emergency aid rescues millions from hunger and starvation, critical medical care stops deadly diseases, and clean water hydrates people in drought.

  • Zoe Church: Committed to our mission is to lead imperfect people into a growing relationship with Jesus.

By partnering with these organizations, Twenty-Two Builders extends its reach beyond the job site, investing in education, health, faith, and overall community well-being. It’s our way of honoring the people and places that enable our success.

Get Up Stand Up To Cure Paralysis (GUSU) is a nonprofit organization in Minnesota working to unite, educate and support those dealing with Spinal Cord Injuries and to advocate for research and the restoration of function.

Pay It Forward Golf Classic

What started as a workplace initiative grew into a community-driven tradition that has been running strong for the past seven years. Each year, the Pay It Forward Golf Classic selects three deserving recipients, chosen through stories submitted by friends, family, past clients, and community members. The funds raised help ease unexpected financial burdens and bring support to individuals facing challenges beyond their control.

We’re honored to stand behind this mission and contribute to the positive change it creates in our community.
